Agnieszka Sosnowska – kulturoznawczyni, badaczka i kuratorka w Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Zamek Ujazdowski. Prowadzi zajęcia w Instytucie Kultury Polskiej UW, gdzie w 2017 roku obroniła doktorat pt. Zabieg znikania jako reakcja na kryzys nowoczesności. Analiza wybranych praktyk artystycznych od połowy XX wieku w ujęciu kulturoznawczym. Bada praktyki intermedialne, performanse i zjawiska na styku sztuk performatywnych i wizualnych. Zajmuje się także współczesnymi teoriami dotyczącymi filozofii teatru, performatywności i efemeryczności. Ostatnio kuratorowała następujące wystawy: Inne tańce (wystawa zbiorowa), Wolne gesty Uli Sickle, Pokój i pół Laury Limy, Let’s Dance (wystawa zbiorowa) oraz projekty performatywne Sprzężenia zwrotne – przyjmowanie i nadawanie formy, PTV. Performans TV. Autorka książek Sztuka znikania. Teatralność w czasach ponowoczesnych oraz Performans oporu. Pod jej redakcją ukazały się m.in. publikacje Inne tańce. Zwrot performatywny w polskiej sztuce XXI wieku, Ula Sickle. Wolne gesty oraz wybrane tematyczne numery “Obiegu”. Publikowała m.in. w następujących czasopismach naukowych: „Dialog”, „Didaskalia. Gazeta teatralna”, „Widok. Teorie i Praktyki Kultury Wizualnej”.

Agnieszka Sosnowska, Ph.D – researcher, curator at the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art. She graduated from Culture Studies and Philosophy.  She teaches in the Institute of Polish Culture (University of Warsaw), where in 2017 she defended her PhD dissertation titled Act of Disappearance as a Reaction to the Crisis of Modernity: An Analysis of Selected Art Practices Since the Mid-Twentieth Century from a Cultural Studies Perspective. Her main fields of interests are: intermediality, art practices at the intersection of visual and performing arts, as well as modern theories of theatre, performativity and ephemerality. Selected curatorial works include: Other Dances (group exhibition), Ula Sickle Free Gestures (choreographic exhibition), Laura Lima A Room and a Half  (solo exhibition) Let’s Dance (group exhibition) and performative projects Feedback – Giving and Assuming Form, PTV. Performance TV. Her author books include: Sztuka znikania. Teatralność w czasach ponowoczesnych and Performans oporu. She edited among other following books: Other Danced. Performance Turn in Polish Art of XXI Century, Ula Sickle. Free Gestures and selected thematic issues of „Obieg” magazine. Author of articles in numerous academic journals, including „Dialog”, „Didaskalia. Gazeta teatralna”, „Widok. Teorie i Praktyki Kultury Wizualnej”.
