Typografia jako obszar\u00a0negocjowania to\u017csamo\u015bci zbiorowych po polskiej transformacji ustrojowej\u201d. Agata Szyd\u0142owska pracuje jako adiunkt w Katedrze Historii i Teorii Designu na Wydziale Wzornictwa ASP w Warszawie. Jest autork\u0105\u00a0i wsp\u00f3\u0142autork\u0105 kilkudziesi\u0119ciu artyku\u0142\u00f3w po\u015bwi\u0119conych projektowaniu graficznemu oraz dw\u00f3ch ksi\u0105\u017cek: \u201eMiliard rzeczy dooko\u0142a. Agata Szyd\u0142owska rozmawia z polskimi projektantami graficznymi\u201d (wyd.\u00a0Karakter 2013) oraz \u201ePaneuropa, Kometa, Hel. Szkice z historii projektowania liter w Polsce\u201d (wsp\u00f3\u0142autor: Marian Misiak, wyd. Karakter 2015). Laureatka stypendium M\u0142oda Polska przyznawanego przez\u00a0Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego (2013).     [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Agata Szyd\u0142owska is a graduate in Art History at the University of Warsaw and a has PhD from the School of Social Sciences from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology PAN. In 2015, she defended her PhD dissertation at the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology in the University of Warsaw, entitled \u201cOn the solidarity towards TypoPolo. Typography as a space to negotiate the mass identity after the system change in Poland\u201d and written under the direction of Prof. Anna Wieczorkiewicz and Dr. Ewa Klekot. Agata Szyd\u0142owska works as an adjunct in the Cathedra of History and Theory of Design in the Faculty of Design at the ASP in Warsaw. She is the author and co-author of many articles about graphic design, and has written two books: \u201cA billion things around. Agata Szyd\u0142owska talks with Polish graphic designers\u201d (Karakter, 2013) and \u201cPaneuropa, Cometa, Hel. Sketches from the history of font design in Poland\u201d (co-authored with Marian Misiak, Karakter, 2015). She has received the grant \u201cM\u0142oda Polska (Young Poland)\u201d, given by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage (2013). She curates and co-curates exhibitions regarding graphic design in Poland and all around the world.<\/p>\n
